I am a Lean and Six Sigma believer and practitioner. I have been exposed to Lean and Six Sigma methodology back in 1993. In one of SMED project on Autoinsertion Radial machine I successfully reduced the changeover time from 2.5hrs to less than 5mins. This triggered me to work on numerous projects that saved millions of RM for the company every year that won me prestigious awards from international company. I built my training and consulting experiences with since 2003 with GAL, General Physics, Genesis, Prima Strategies, Global Performance, Lean Applied, Valeocon, and OMNEX. My consulting experience include providing services to Rolls Royce International, KPJ Kuching Specialist Hospital, Samling Group of companies, Petronas Gas, Aalborg Portland, Henkel, Indkom Engineering. The most recent and on-going Lean Sigma project coaching is with MAHB and Cargill – US based companies in Malaysia. I am in the process of achieving greater height in academic. I shall be graduating this year in engineering post graduate program. This will lead me the way to achieve more things in future with GovTraining.
